Description

Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Agassiz, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The work generally consists of the supply of all labour and services required for dismantling the building components sequentially and in a systematic method so that waste streams can be sorted at source and diverted from landfill. The objective is to divert 90% of the deconstructed building materials from landfill, by weight. As part of project close out and final acceptance of the contract work, the contractor must provide weigh scale tickets or other accepted waste manifest documentation.
