Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Joseph, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Memorial Hall Repairs. Work includes: Two separate RFPs, one for window replacement and one for exterior brick restoration. Remove, save, and reinstall brick that is falling away or bulging from the building. Replace all deteriorated lintels. Remove loose mortar and tuckpoint with matching color and recaulk all openings and expansion joints. The City of St. Joseph reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding and/or to accept the bid or bids should it consider same to be in its best interest.
