Renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Joseph, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
TIME OF COMPLETION A. Estimated completion will be August 2nd, 2024. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Project Description: This project includes district wide upgrades to the network environment, including removal and replacement of network switches, UPSes, fiber patch panels, copper patch panels, intrabuilding backbone connections, and general closet cleanup of abandoned equipment and cabling. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount . No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Project questions will be accepted until January 22nd , 2024, 5:00 p.m. and answered by additional addenda. The final date for released addenda will be January 23rd , 2024, 5:00 p.m.
