Site work for a water / sewer project in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to blast and recoat tank interior sidewalls, ceiling, floor, and structural supports per specifications in the bid folder. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Standard Services Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation, 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: a. Blast and recoat of tank interior sidewalls, ceiling, floor, and structural supports, seal tank chime to foundation, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract: a. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
