LES is seeking bidders to submit bids to provide landscape, private property and right-of-way restoration due to electric utility operation, maintenance, or construction activity in the Lincoln Electric System (LES) service area. The contract shall be in effect for the 2024 and 2025 calendar years with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods by mutual agreement between the parties. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Services Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3). Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form. Question Deadline 12/05/2023 at 4:00 PM CT. LES may, in its sole discretion, reject any or all bids, or waive minor defects, irregularities, or informalities therein. LES will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid best complies with the Contract Documents.
