The Department of Adult Correction invites experienced design firms to submit qualifications to provide design and construction administration services for the infrastructure and the installation of stun/lethal fencing inside the perimeter fence at Central Prison as well as design and construction administration for the infrastructure and the installation of stun fencing at 4 other correctional institutions (Piedmont CI, Eastern CI, Franklin CI, and Southern CI). These projects involve modifications to the existing perimeter fences, electrical system modifications, installation of the stun or stun/lethal fence components, and software to monitor the fencing. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
