Bid time was updated per Addendum 1 Deadline to Submit Questions: Thursday, December 7, 2023, 1:00 pm The City of Asheville is requesting the submission of qualified contractors to provide repair and replacement of 4" sewer pipe and drainage to the TWA in the existing restrooms, lobby and meeting space of the facility. The City of Asheville requires the assistance of a contractor to remove and replace an estimated 300' of concrete, replacing one for one 4" cast iron pipe to connect to the City of Asheville sewer system. The contractor is to demo, recover, pour and resurface spaces listed and to reuse existing lavatories, finishes described. The start date for repairs is no sooner than December 11, 2023 and no later than December 15, 2023 with a completion date of no later than January 17, 2024. Contracted work for sewer line replacement and repairs not to exceed $295,000.00. Contractor to provide video scope of damages, labor, materials, equipment and cleanup labor. Contractor to provide all permits and closeout documents. The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities.
