Site work and paving for a road / highway in Perry Township, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project consists of overlaying Stratton Road from West Western Reserve Road south to West Calla Road with two 1" lifts of ODOT Item 441-Asphalt Concrete Pavement, including pavement markings. Project length is 5,061' (0.96 mile), average width of existing pavement is 21'. Project will not commence until May 1, 2024 and be completed by August 1, 2024. This is a 30-day contract. A Contract Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the estimated cost of the work conditioned, among other things that the Contractor will perform the work upon the terms proposed, within the time prescribed, in accordance with the plans and specifications. A Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the estimated cost of the work conditioned for the payment by the Contractor and all Sub-contractors for labor performed and materials furnished in connection with the project involved. Goshen Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities in bidding. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for at least sixty (60) days.
