As of February 5, 2024, project was awarded to Green Nature Homes with the awarded amount of $63 509. The Bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Town of Hollis, Recreation Department, "Dugouts." All questions or requests for clarification regarding the Bid must be received in writing, via email, to recreation@hollisnh.org by December 14. Answers to all questions received will be published in an addendum no later than Thursday, December 14, 2023. The Town of Hollis reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or any part thereof, and to waive any minor informalities as it deems to be in the Town's best interest. The Town reserves the right to conduct reasonable negotiations with low and sole bidders. The Town also reserves the right to cancel the award because of non-performance by winning bidder related to any of the terms, conditions, and specifications identified in the Bid. Failure to submit all information may declare a Bid as non-responsive and subject to disqualification. SCOPE OF WORK The Town of Hollis, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to build new dugouts for our 3 total baseball and softball fields. The Owner will expect the following; 1. Removal of existing 6 o n-site dugouts 2. Build 6 new dugouts ou t of materials requiring minimal maintenance and roof with materials known to be durable and last using the existing footprint and similar height with built-in benches. 3. Removal of two storage sheds. 4. Build two new storage s heds at softball and baseball fields. Sheds made out of durable materials with the ability to lock/secure. 5. Dugouts and Sheds shou ld be of similar color to existing buildings. 6. Project completion by A pril 14th, 2024. 7.
