The scope of work under this RFP is to obtain guidance for a new and improved safety building or buildings. Guidance shall include space needs assessments at both HFD and HPD, Land availability or needed future purchase, and facility or facilities. Current building repurposing options should be considered. The Hollis Fire Department (hereafter referred to as "HFD") and Hollis Police Department (hereafter referred to as "HPD") on behalf of the Town of Hollis New Hampshire (hereafter referred to as the "Town") is seeking a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a feasibility of a joint or individual safety facility needs study. Please direct scheduling requests and any questions regarding the site visit(s) to the Fire Chief Robert Boggis at (603) 465-6001 or at rboggis@hollisnh.org. for the Fire Department and Police Chief Brendan LaFlamme at (603) 465-7637 or at blaflamme@hollisnh.org for the Police Department. Owner Rights: . The Town of Hollis reserves the right to accept or reject any vendor that it deems to be in the best interest to accomplish the project specified. The Town reserves the right to cancel and/or to reissue the RFP in whole or in part, prior to execution of a decision. The Town also reserves the right to change the project schedule. All decisions by the Town will be final.
