Renovation of an educational facility in Flesherton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Bluewater District School Board wishes to prequalify through this prequalification process, a list of qualified Electrical Contractors for Electrical Services Upgrades at Grey Highlands Secondary School and Normanby Community School. The project will be tendered and delivered based on Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC 2-2020) Stipulated Price Contract. The scope of work at each site is: Grey Highland Secondary School Removal of two (2) existing primary voltage switchgears and associated dry-type step down transformers. Removal of one (1) interior primary voltage switchgear. Removal of two (2) interior service entrance rated switchboards. Coordinate installation of new pad mounted transformers with LDC. Provide 600V switchboard and backfeed two (2) electrical rooms. Provide two (2) 208V distribution panels and reconnect existing feeds. Selective lighting replacements. Normanby Community School New electrical service from local utility pole mounted transformer. Consists of new secondary ductbank, distribution equipment, and backfeed to existing distribution equipment. Replacement of lighting throughout the building.
