Project Threshold : Project is greater than or equal to $500,000.00 (Technically Prequalified & Unlimited Audit required) District : 07 Selection Method : Letter of Response and Abbreviated Technical Proposal Project Description : TBNext Survey Support Services - continuing Plain Language Description : Consultant Services authorized by Task Work Orders to provide a range of Survey Services. Control Surveying - Horizontal and Vertical Project Network Control to specified standards. Design, Right of Way, and Construction Surveying - Boundary Surveys, Right of Way Surveys (includes alignment retracements), as-built surveys, construction layout surveys, topographic surveys, hydrographic surveys, quantity surveys, record surveys, mean high water line surveys, and special purpose surveys. Photogrammetric - perform photogrammetric tasks in accordance with all applicable statutes, manuals, guidelines, standards, handbooks, procedures, and current design memoranda, resulting in maps and photographic products. Right of Way Mapping - Production of Right of Way related maps, (to include but not limited to, Right of Way Control Surveys, Right of Way Maps, and Maintenance Maps), legal descriptions and sketches of legal descriptions based on information supported by applicable surveys or maps, title search and other document review and interpretation. All work is to be certified by a Professional Surveyor and Mapper, licensed in the state of Florida.
