The contractor will furnish the owner with a written two-year warranty on workmanship. The contractor will issue a notice of completion and record it prior to payment. Corrugated metal roof is original to the building. The roof shows degradation due to exposure and deferred maintenance. The gutters were not hung properly. The edges of the metal roof terminating into the trough are not watertight and leak. A common occurrence is for the gutters to overfill and back up resulting in water running into the interior of the building during heavy rains.
