The work of this section includes repairs, modifications, preparation ofsurfaces, and repainting all interior and exterior surfaces ofthe water storage tank and associated piping The project consists of repairing and repainting a 154,100-gallon bolted steel, standpipe water tank. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof.
