As part of the Madison Public School redistricting plan, Brown Intermediate School will be converted into an elementary school. In preparation of lower grade levels, alterations to various areas of the building are planned to be renovated; specifically, classroom millwork replacement, media center renovations, central corridor atrium improvements, gymnasium entrance upgrades, and cafeteria window assembly replacement. Madison, Connecticut 06443 Schedule and Coordination All onsite work including full demolition, installation and punch list activity is to take place starting June 15, 2024 at the beginning of the Summer 2024 School break period. All construction activities are to be completed by August 17, 2023 to minimize disruption to students.
