The City of Sandy Springs, in close coordination with the Atlanta Regional Commission, Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) and the Perimeter Center Improvement District (PCID), will develop a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) plan for the North Springs MARTA Station and corridor concept for Peachtree Dunwoody Road. The Study envisions connecting two transit stations and the Perimeter employment district with multimodal and placemaking improvements. The City is not responsible for delays caused for any reason. It is the Offerors sole responsibility to submit its Proposal before the required deadline.
