Bids for the furnishing of all labor, supervision, insurance, and material(s) necessary for the 85 Jefferson Avenue, Massena NY 13662 Contract No. 1 General Rehabilitation project. 85 Jefferson Avenue, Massena NY - Base Bid Furnish and Install various rehabilitation materials and labor to include: Furnish and Install New smoke and carbon detectors per local code, Rehabilitate lead risks as applicable and call for lead clearance, Furnish and Install new upgraded 200 amp electrical service, entrance, with proper grounding, add and reinstall breakers as needed to balance output, Change two (2) outlets to GFI outlets close to sink area and replace existing light above the sink with a similar light fixture, Furnish and Install bathroom fan where existing light is and vent out exterior wall, Replace switch and light by exterior sliding glass door for backyard area, Furnish and Install twenty (20) new vinyl replacement windows, Furnish and Install two (2) new exterior doors side door and front porch door, Furnish and Install vinyl gutters, Furnish and Install new sliding glass door with screens, and Furnish and Install new vinyl siding and appurtenances to encompass the existing exterior house surfaces.
