Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid bond issued by a guaranty company authorized to carry on business in the State of North Carolina, in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the sum of the total bid amount, including any options. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred (100%) of the total amount of the contract before commencement of the work and conforming to the contract documents. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the contract before commencement of work and conforming to the contract documents. The professional qualified contractor shall provide all equipment, material and services to complete the roofing, gutter and downspout replacement at Piedmont Park located in the City of Winston Salem. Property was constructed in 1953 and consists of forty three (43) one bedroom units, one hundred fifteen (115) two bedroom units, sixty-two (62) three bedroom units and twenty (20) four bedroom units.
