Huron County Housing & Property Services invites contractors to submit quotes for the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and accessories necessary for the installation of basement sump pits and sanitary plumbing improvements at nine family units on Cameron Street in Goderich, Ontario. Site location: 235, 239, 247, 251, 255, 259, 263, 267, 271 Cameron Street, Goderich (Note that 243 Cameron is previously complete) Provide all labour, materials, and equipment to: 1 Replace existing sections of sanitary drains pipe under basement floor and installation of sump pits at 9 addresses on Cameron Street. 2 Note that 243 Cameron St is previously complete. Contractors may use this installation as a prototype for remaining installs. Note the prototype will be available for viewing at the prebid site meeting. 3 Contractor to obtain all plumbing and electrical permits and coordinate all inspections as required. Rectify any deficiencies at no expense to the owner. Provide copies of all inspection documents to Owner for retention. .4 Note that work is limited to basement spaces only. Future connection of existing exterior tiles to sump pits and replacement of exterior portion of sewers from the exterior wall to the municipal main to be completed in 2024 under separate contract Documents can be obtained at https://www.biddingo.com/
