Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project will replace roof Section F and repair the parapet wall at MacKay Hall. The scope of work includes but is not limited to, removal of the existing built-up roof (BUR) system including rigid insulation, flashings, sheet metal trim, abandoned mechanical equipment, and roof access scuttle; and installation of a fully adhered 90 mil EPDM roof system over 1/2 inch fiberglass mat faced gypsum board foam adhered to rigid insulation over self-adhering vapor barrier. Other associated work includes, but is not limited to, concrete deck patching, wood blocking, pre-finished sheet metal copings, flashings and sealants; new roof ladders; brick tuckpointing, damaged brick replacement, stone repointing, sealant, and replacement of window assembly.
