The work under this section includes all final design, material, equipment, supplies, labor, testing, and accessories required to furnish and install, 12-strand, single mode indoor/outdoor plenum fiber optic cable between MDF and IDF locations at three school sites. Vendor agrees to invoice USAC within 120 days of the last date of service using the SPI method. Failure to invoice USAC within the timeframe allotted does not obligate Torrance to pay more than their applicant share. The Contractor hereby agrees and acknowledges that monies utilized by the District to purchase the services listed in this proposal are public money appropriated by the State of California, the Federal Government under the E-Rate program, or acquired by the District from similar public sources and is subject to variation. The District fully reserves the right to cancel this proposal at any time and/or to limit quantities of items due to non-availability or non-appropriation of sufficient funds.
