Reference Number 0000260022 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/12/18 12:00:00 PM CST Pricing Lump sum The purpose of the RFP is to solicit bids from bidders for the bi-weekly collection and processing of recycling and to enter into an agreement whose bid is judged to best serve the interest of Rural Municipality of Montcalm when evaluated. The agreement shall be for a period of three (3) years and is anticipated to commence on February 1, 2024 (or earlier as determined). Bi-weekly collection of residential recycling will take place in the communities of St. Jean Baptiste, Letellier and St. Joseph. Collection at the municipal transfer station will also be required. Approximately 335 residences are distributed in the communities as follows: St. Jean Baptiste - 225 Letellier 85 St. Joseph - 25 Montcalm Transfer Station Additional collection may be added at municipal owned facilities (community halls or arenas) The Rural Municipality of Montcalm will require a Certificate of Liability Insurance be included in the Proposal. In this certificate the Rural Municipality of Montcalm will require the following: a) Bidders full name and address with contact name and phone number; b) Description of your business operation; c) Commercial General Liability with a limit no less than $2,000,000.00; and d) Confirmation of Automobile Liability Insurance or Commercial Automobile Liability with a limit no less than $2,000,000.00. e) The contractor shall be registered into the Worker's Compensation Board of Manitoba and shall provide and maintain Worker's Compensation coverage for the duration of the contract.
