Embankment widening including granular base course at east grade slopes of Provincial Trunk Highway 75 southbound in the vicinity of Plum River Bridge, approximately 1.0km south of Provincial Road 246, in the Rural Municipality of Montcalm. The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than July 15, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed.
