The Cowichan Valley Regional District (the "CVRD") intents to identify a list of general contracting firms who will be invited to tender for the construction of an Operations Building at the Cowichan Lake Sports Arena (the "Project"), located at 311 S Shore Rd, Lake Cowichan, BC, construction value at approximately $225,000 to $350,000 plus GST. The Project is to construct a new Operations Building of approximately 1000 square feet through a Stipulated Price Sum Contract (CCDC 2-2020). The structure of the building is approximately 25 feet by 40 feet by 12-14 feet high constructed with wood framing, and metal roof and cladding. The scope of the Project will include, but is not limited to, the following elements: 1) Demolish existing wood framed operations structure including existing foundation and pad 2) Prepare site for construction 3) Form and pour concrete new foundation and floor Documents can be obtained from https://cvrd.bonfirehub.ca/portal/
