Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Lake Cowichan, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,000-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
This is the second phase (Phase Two) of a two-phase process: the second phase (Phase Two) invites prequalified General Contractors to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The Cowichan Valley Regional District (the CVRD) is inviting bids from pre-qualified general contractor to provide all labour, material, and equipment necessary to perform to completion construction of an Operations Building including exterior cladding replacement on the north wall at the Cowichan Lake Sports Arena (CLSA), located at 311 South Shore Road, Lake Cowichan, BC.
