The Work includes but is not limited to: Installing a wastewater aeration system in the existing PSC Hackett Road Pump Station, and three vertical auger/spiral screen systems in three separate sanitary sewer manholes. Two of the manholes are existing manholes and have existing grinders which will be removed and replaced with the vertical auger/spiral screen. The third location referred to as the Gated Parking Lot will involve constructing a new manhole over an existing sewer line. Site improvements to receive the screened debris at each of the three locations are included. 1.03 Work shall be completed within the following time periods: Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work within 250 calendar days from the Commencement Date. Contractor shall achieve Final Completion of the entire Work within 14 calendar days from the Substantial Completion Date.
