Brazos County is seeking qualified Contractor to provide experienced crack seal crews and equipment to clean and seal joints and cracks in asphalt pavement. This Bid is intended to assist with the preparation of County maintained roadways for the application of surface treatments. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 12/1/2023 05:00:00 PM (CT) Bids are solicited for a one (1) year period beginning January 25, 2024, through September 30, 2024 in accordance with the following Conditions of Bidding. Brazos County reserves the right to reject any bid that does not fully respond to each specified item. The Contractor must provide to the Purchasing Department, a performance bond and a payment bond each in the amount of 100% of the total contract sum within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of notification of award.
