Monday December 7, 2023 Deadline to Issue Final Addendum City of Bryan (the "City") is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified firms interested in providing construction services in connection with the construction of Bristol Street And Esther Boulevard Drainage Improvements City Of Bryan Job No. 425-D2-1910 (the "Project"). The outside of the envelope must clearly be labeled with the proposer's name, the RFP name/number and the due date. Any Proposal received after the aforementioned closing time will be returned unopened. The City will evaluate and rank Proposals considering the selection criteria and weighted value set forth in the request for proposals. The City of Bryan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, to waive any informalities and technicalities, to accept the offer considered most advantageous and to award the Proposal to the vendor offering the best value to the City of Bryan. Additionally, all Proposers are hereby notified that the City of Bryan shall consider all factors it believes to be relevant in the determination of the best value including, but not limited to, the proximity of the Proposer as it relates to their ability to perform the contract for the City of Bryan.
