November 20, 2023 @ 10:00 a.M. Cst - deadline for written requests for clarifications to the rfp. Project Scope: The City anticipates the scope of work for the Project to consist of the following responsibilities and the following items: o Remove & dispose of existing concrete and pavement as needed to facilitate construction; o Construct new water main and associated items and appurtenances, ranging from approximately 3,865 LF of 8" PVC, 65 LF of 8" Ductile Iron Pipe, 51 LF of 6" PVC, 154 LF of 6" PVC by Bore, 17 LF of 2" PVC, 82 LF of 16" steel casing, and service transfers. o Construct new sewer main and associated items and appurtenances, ranging from approximately 509 LF of 8" PVC, 1,207 LF of 6" PVC, 806 LF of 6" HDPE SDR 17 by pipe bursting, 180 LF of 6" PVC by bore, and 3,292 LF of 4" PVC service transfers. o Construct new paving and associated items and appurtenances, ranging from approximately 5,175 SY of 6" thick concrete pavement, 267 SY of 6" thick concrete reinforced commercial driveway, 512 SY of 4" thick concrete driveway, 875 SY of 4" concrete sidewalk, 4,851 SY of 8" line stabilized base, and related items. o Seeding disturbed areas, Traffic control, SWPPP, and related items.
