Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eagle, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

In accordance with the plans and specifications, this work shall consist of reconstructing and widening the Eagle Road and Plaza Drive intersection with concrete pavement and replacing the traffic signal; reconstructing Plaza Drive between Eagle Road and 2nd Street with asphalt pavement; and reconstructing and adding a traffic signal at the State Street and 2nd Street intersection with asphalt pavement in downtown Eagle. The work also includes sidewalk, stormwater, and streetscape improvements. The work shall be completed in its entirety on or before September 25, 2024. The completion dates are predicated on the intent of ACHD to issue a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor on or about January 24, 2024 ACHD shall be entitled to Liquidated Damages of $2,000 for each calendar day of delay in the completion of the work. A delay on one portion of the project does not justify delays on other portions of the project. All questions or clarifications concerning the content and requirements of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) must be posted in the Q&A section of the solicitation located at the eProcurement Portal. All questions or clarifications must be submitted by 12:00 pm on Monday, December 4, 2023.Any interpretation that may alter or change the ITB will be in writing, in the form of Addenda, which will be furnished via the eProcurement Portal.
