* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Demolition and removal from site of 3 rooftop gravity hoods, demolition of roof curbs, and sealing of roof curb openings. .2 Removal of 6 window sections, and installation of new ventilation louvers into openings. .3 Relocation of 1 baseboard heater in classroom. .4 Supply and installation of new classroom air handling units, including associated exterior wall openings, louvers, ductwork, diffusers, electrical and controls components. .5 Suply and installation of new electrical room exhaust fan, including associated ductwork, electrical and controls components. .6 Integration of new and existing controls point of the heating and ventilation components listed in the tender documents, into a modern building management system. .7 Balancing of ventilation systems, and comissioning of new equipment. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
