The City of Archdale seeks Statements Of Qualifications (SOQ's) from firms with multi-faceted experience working with Parks & Recreation projects, but may also consider a team of qualified firms, including sub-consultants. Such experience includes, but is not limited to the following: o Conceptual Design, Design Development, Construction Documents o Architectural Services o Landscape Architecture Services o Civil/Structural Engineering o Hydraulic/Environmental Engineering o Wetland Delineation o Bid Preparation/Bid Review o Permitting/Construction Contract Administration o Utility Coordination o Detailed Cost Estimating o Grant Management/Project Reporting Questions about the project or RFQ must be submitted via email (zholden@archdale-nc.gov) by 5:00pm on Thursday December 7, 2023. Responses to questions may result in the issuance of an addenda to the RFQ. Any addenda will be posted no later than 5:00pm on Friday, December 8, 2023. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The project site is located at 401 Davison Street in Archdale, NC 27263. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this RFQ, to advertise for a new RFQ, or to accept any RFQ response deemed to be in the best interest of the City
