Site work for a water / sewer project in Archdale, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Archdale (City) seeks proposals from qualified firms to deliver design documents and construction services for Design-Build sewer replacement projects in key service areas. This project will require qualified firms to remove and replace sewer lines to upgrade the lines and increase capacity in two key service areas: Richland Creek Outfall and Weant Road Pump Station Gravity Outfall. Both areas require engineering design, permitting, and line replacement work. The City and the State of North Carolina each have established goals of 10% verifiable participation by minority and/or women owned businesses (MBE/WBE). the selected contractor shall furnish the City Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of 100% of project cost. Any questions regarding this RFQ requiring responses prior to due date are to be submitted in writing no later than Thursday, January 25, 2024, by 4:00 PM,to the attention of: City Manager, Zeb Holden zholden@archdale-nc.gov. Responses will be provided via Addendum by Monday, February 1, 2024, by 4:00 PM.
