Renovation of a mixed-use development in Brooklyn, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Post bid interviews will be scheduled as needed as soon as bids have been received and reviewed. The project includes mechanical renovations to the high school, upper elementary school, and lower elementary school. The scope of work shall include but is not limited to replacing the existing rooftop units, air handling units, and condensing units as called for installing VAV boxes with hydronic reheat, reworking the existing ductwork to accommodate the new systems in all three schools, and adding new coils and condensers at the high school locker rooms. 5% Bid Bonds, 100% Performance, 100% Labor and Materials The opportunity to submit pre-bid RFIs regarding the project will be extended to Monday, November 20, at 2:00 pm.
