Renovation of a mixed-use development in Elmhurst, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
International Contractors, Inc. (ICI), as the Construction Manager for Elmhurst Community Unit School District 205 invites you to submit a bid on a roof replacement project at York Community High School located in Elmhurst, IL. The scope of work includes approx. 17,000 sf of membrane roof replacement and sheet metal improvements at the Cafeteria building of York High School. Work is scheduled to begin June 2024 and complete end of July 2024. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 30, 2023 - 3:30 pm at York High School, 355 Duke Drive, Elmhurst, Illinois 60126. PLEASE NOTE: All Contractors that plan on attending must present a valid Driver's License or State ID to gain access to the school at this time. Sealed bids with a 10% bid bond are due no later than: Tuesday, December 12, 2023 - 3:30 pm to the attention of Mr. Todd Schmidt, Director of Facilities, Elmhurst CUSD 205, 162 South York Street, Elmhurst, IL 60126. Project includes removal and replacement of a roughly 25,000 square foot roof area with associated sheet metal work. Addendum #1-#2 have been issued as of 12-8-2023.
