Site work, paving, new construction and remodeling of a municipal facility in North Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for the remodel of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.

This project includes construction management advisor services for the following scope of work. o Construction of a new memorial within the area of the existing island. o Demolition of the existing flagpoles and associated landscaping and related work to facilitate the new memorial. NOTE: The existing flagpoles are to be salvaged, refurbished and reinstalled. o It is the Owner's intent that the existing parking lot will remain in operation during the undertaking and completion of this work. o Some site work outside the immediate area of the memorial will be required to extend some utility services to the memorial. Such work is to be coordinated with the City. o A more detailed description of the project and associated work is shown on the existing bid documents for the project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submittals received in response to this RFQ. Award of Contract - December 19, 2023
