Pre Bid Conference: There will not be a pre-bid conference for this bid. The San Bernardino County, Department of Public Works (County) and San Bernardino County Flood Control District (District) hereinafter collectively referred to as "County," are seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide tree trimming and removal services through the jurisdictional boundaries of the County. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is to being released to award contract(s)for tree trimming and removal services as projects are identified to specific sites for routine maintenance projects, public projects not exceeding the amount identified in Public Contract Codes section 22032 (a) (currently $60,000) as needed or to respond to emergencies as they occur. The number of contracts awarded will be determined by the quality of the proposals received. Vendors submitting proposals to this RFP are hereafter referred to as "Proposers".
