Scope of Work: The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive design and construction package for the North Hemlock Bridge, ensuring compliance with all relevant New Hampshire DOT codes and standards. The successful proposal should address key aspects such as structural integrity, aesthetics, environmental considerations, and cost-effectiveness. Town of Charlestown is in the process of seeking qualified and experienced contractors to submit bids for the design and construction of a 12ft by 19ft/6inches, H20 rating bridge deck, hereafter referred to as the North Hemlock Bridge project. We are seeking proposals from reputable design-build firms with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering similar projects on time and within budget. Work is to start within seven (7) days of bid acceptance.
