Project has been awarded but award amount not confirmed. The Town of Charlestown NH is requesting bids for a roof mounted solar system of approximately 24 KW DC on the south-facing roof. a. The system shall be grid-tied, and should include module-level online monitoring, revenue grade metering and automatic REC reporting. d. Solar panels shall be manufactured in the United States and have a product workmanship warranty of 25 years and a power performance guarantee of 30 years at 82.5% or greater. e. Inverters shall include a 25-year warranty. f. The installation workmanship will be for 5 years. g. Installation team shall consist of a NH Licensed Master Electrician. Weekly certified prevailing wage statements will be provided to the town. Each bid will provide projected KWh production for design with information on how the figures were determined. Submissions will include installation timeline with Go-live no later than December 31, 2024 and completion of 90% of project costs and milestones before October 3, 2024..
