Window Replacement project at the Oak Middle School, 45 Oak St., Shrewsbury, MA 01545. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part, and to accept and bid or part thereof deemed by it to be in the best interest of the Town. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall submit them to the Architect in writing. Question Deadline 12/15/2023 The scope of work, without limiting the generality thereof, includes all labor, materials, equipment and services required to perform the work described fully in the Drawings and Specifications and includes, but is not limited to the following major work: 1. Replacement of selected WINDOW equipment and the revision of associated ductwork, registers, grilles, diffusers and piping. 2. Ceiling work, as required to access equipment above the existing ceilings and to interface the WINDOW work to the ceiling plane. 3. Electrical revisions as required to power the new WINDOW equipment. 4. Controls work required for interfacing the new WINDOW to the existing BMS system. 5. All other work shown on the Drawings and specified in the Project Manual.
