Contract Cleaning Services for the Paton School and Spring Street School and Donahue Rowing Center The right is reserved to reject any and all bids. The Town of Shrewsbury reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part thereof. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of cash or certified check, Treasurer's or Cashier's check by a responsible bank or trust company, or bid bond, payable to The Town of Shrewsbury, in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Pre-bid conferences will be held upon vendor request and with approval from the Public Facilities Division Manager. This specification shall cover the period March 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026. Unlike state CORI checks that have no associated fee, individuals will pay a fee to comply with this requirement that ranges from up to $35 for non-licensed employees to up to $55 for license-holders. The Executive Office of Public Safety and Security (EOPPS) will design the system to meet this new national background check requirement.
