Improvements to Mizzenmast Ext. & Hummock Pond Road Residences Estimated Cost $1,719,500 Location and Work to be Done The project involves work at two (2) sites: o 30 Mizzenmast Extension, Nantucket, MA 166 Hummock Pond Road, Nantucket, MA The Work consists of, but is not limited to: 30 Mizzenmast Extension, Nantucket: Building improvements including construction of a first-floor addition; renovation of the existing first floor bath to create a powder room and full bath; removal of the existing roof and framing at the main mass; construction of a new roof, knee walls, and dormers at the main mass; insulation of crawl space; associated ventilation, electrical, and plumbing work; and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with DRAWINGS and SPECIFICATIONS. 166 Hummock Pond Road, Nantucket: Building improvements including replacement of windows, doors, sidewall, roof, and trim; replacement of deck and ramp balusters; insulation of first-floor framing cavity; de-leading; and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with DRAWINGS and SPECIFICATIONS. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Engineer, and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item.
