The work includes: RENOVATION OF AN INTERIOR SPACE AND RELOCATION OF TWO EXISTING SECURITY CHECKPOINT LANES. DEMOLITION OF AN EXISTING ROOF TOP UNIT (RTU) AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW RTU WITH ASSOCIATED DUCTWORK. ELECTRICAL AND STRUCTURAL MODIFICATIONS This contract is subject to a Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprise participation provision requiring that not less than THREE POINT THREE PERCENT (3.3%) of the Contract be performed by minority and women owned business enterprise contractors.
