This project consists of the replacement or repair of an existing concrete masonry unit retaining wall. Accessory work includes necessary erosion and sediment control, selective demolition, utility relocation, and seeding. Bidders are strongly encouraged to register as a plan holder from the aforementioned website. Physical documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
