The City of Medicine Hat is seeking Construction Management services for the Big Marble Go Centre Pool Upgrades during design, construction, and close-out of the following high-level scope items: Re-waterproof pool surge tanks and suction pits (FCA) including removing and reinstalling pipes Improve surge tank(s) access by adding access hatches Replace decorative surroundings/rails including bonding Replacement of pool filters including new housekeeping pads Demolish interior and re-build steam room Refinish floor in filter room Replace drain covers in main pool Replace float valves within sump pit Rebuild ozone distribution header Refinish walls in pump room including adjusting and reinstalling existing mechanical and electrical along the walls Documents can be obtained from https://medicinehat.bidsandtenders.ca/ Cancelled.
