The SWA Corporation is accepting written proposals for the following scope of work, Build one 3-Three Bedroom house, from Indian Owned Contractors and Non-Indian Owned Contractors Provide SWA Corporation with the best offer to build one (3) Three Bedroom House with the scope of work that we provide. Your company will be required to provide temporary electrical if needed, including all State Certificate Electrical permits and meters. Proposal must also include house moving, if building off-site. Location will be in Parmelee, South Dakota. SWA will provide the finish dirt work and the excavation for site. REQUIREMENTS TO ATTACH TO PROPOSAL: -Fully completed itemized cost proposal. -Indian Preference Application submitted by December 15, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. CST. -Attachment #3: Indian Preference in Subcontracting, Employment & Training. -Attachment #4: Previous Participation Certification -Attachment #5: Non-Collusive Affidavit -Attachment #6: Excluded Parties List Note: All of the RFP documents as detailed above must be submitted or the proposal shall be deemed non-responsive. Workmans Compensation- In accordance with State Workers Compensation laws. Automobile Liability- Combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage of not less than $300,000 per occurrence. Builders Risk (fire and extended)-Cost of the total unit. The SWA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
