Renovation of a municipal facility in Danville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 15,597-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.

A. Renovation of +/-4,300 sf of existing office space into new Coroner Office Suite 1. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: a. Demolition b. New wall construction c. New finishes complete, including ceilings d. HVAC distribution and AHU review e. Electrical work f. Plumbing work g. IT pathways h. Mortician Laboratory Equipment i. Alternate for new vestibule west B. The Work is to be performed under a single unified Contract. Work shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of the Project Manual and Drawings. C. Project Schedule Requirements: 1. Work may commence immediately upon receipt of a Notice to Proceed and the receipt of required insurance and surety documents. 2. Complete scope of work to be completed within 150 calendar days. The proposed construction will consist of: a Unified Bid for Architectural, Interiors, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing scope to renovate approximately 4,300 sf of existing office space for a new County Coroner Office Suite, as more fully set forth in the Plans and Specifications. The work shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of this Notice, the General and Special Provisions, the Contract, and the Plans and Specifications for this project. All bids shall be properly and completely executed on the forms as required by the Contract documents and will include the Non-Collusion Affidavit as required by the statutes of the State of Indiana. Each bid shall be accompanied by the deposit of an acceptable certified check or cashier's check payable to the Board of Commissioners of Hendricks County, Indiana or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved surety company in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond with good and sufficient surety in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid; a payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid; a maintenance bond for a period of one (1) year after completion of the project equal to twenty percent (20%) of the bid; and proof of insurance as specified in the General Provisions. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening of the bids. The Board of Commissioners of Hendricks County reserves the right to reject any/or all of the bids and/or waive any formalities or irregularities in the bidding
