Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lockport, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of December 20, 2023, project was awarded to D & J Landscape, Inc., awarded amount is $168,589.14. Work will include installation of playground equipment, engineered wood fiber, concrete paving, site furniture, drainage, and restoration work. Specifications require the submittal of a 10% Bid Surety with the proposal. In addition, the successful contractor(s) must be able to provide a satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and required proof of insurance following the award of a contract. Illinois Prevailing Wage Act requirements apply. All bids will remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening. The Board of Commissioners of the Lockport Township Park District, Will County, Illinois reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof.
