The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, Asset Management, on behalf of Transportation and Infrastructure seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide Video Surveillance System (VSS) Upgrades (including all labour, materials, supplies, and equipment) for eight (8) weigh stations throughout the province of Manitoba: Headingley, Carroll, Otterburne, Rosser, Emerson, The Pas, Thompson and Westhawk. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of existing VSS equipment and modifications to the existing VSS systems. This policy shall provide coverage against claims for personal injury, bodily injury or death, or damage to third party property as a result of the construction of the project, with minimum limits of coverage of five million dollars ($5,000,000) per occurrence and with a property damage deductible of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) maximum.
