Chatham County is soliciting competitive bids from qualified vendors for stainless-steel lavatory and hardware for the Chatham County Detention Center. Bid award will be based on the lowest unit price and may be contingent upon delivery time frame. Items must meet all specifications and must be new. Bidders are not to contact any department directly. All questions regarding this project should be submitted in writing and directed to Bernadine Bruen, Procurement Specialist by visiting the Chatham County Purchasing. The County reserves the right to reject all bids that are non-responsive or not responsible. TERMS OF CONTRACT: (check where applicable): a.
