Renovation of a municipal facility in Waimea, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of two existing micro channel condenser coils with new custom made copper tube and aluminum fin coils for a single Package Air Conditioning (PAC) unit. Bid shall include all labor, materials and incidentals to complete the requested work To be eligible to bid, the bidder must hold a Current, Valid, and in Good Standing "C" Specialty Contractor's license with the following certifications: C-40 'Refrigeration Contractor' and C-52 Ventilating and Air Conditioning Contractor with the State of Hawaii, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. Additionally, the bidder must be compliant under 103D-310(c), HRS at the time of award. To expedite this requirement, Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) registration is encouraged.
